Privacy policy

Listiqon (nick@auserieux.com) is the data controller for this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If anything here is unclear, email us — we'll answer in plain language.

What we collect

When you run a free audit, we collect the listing URL you paste (or the fields you fill in the manual wizard) and the audit output we generate for it. If you buy the Complete Listing Package (€19), we collect your email address via Stripe so we can deliver the purchase. We never ask for or store passwords — there is no signup.

Why we collect it

To produce the audit you asked for, to deliver the package you paid for, and to improve the product by reviewing (in aggregate) which audit types fail most often. Analytics cookies — if you accept them — help us understand which pages work. You can decline and the site still works normally.

Cookies

We use two categories. Necessary cookies (your consent choice, your audit session) cannot be turned off. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only load if you accept them in the banner. Your choice persists for 180 days; to change it, clear the site's storage in your browser and reload the page.

How long we keep it

Audit inputs and outputs: 12 months, then deleted. Payment records (via Stripe): 7 years, as required by Spanish tax law. Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default retention). Email correspondence with support: until the issue is resolved plus 12 months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email nick@auserieux.com with the email address or listing URL tied to your data. We respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
